Information About 0-51845-2
The 0-51845-2 is a PRSC precision power supply card, created by Reliance Electric. The circuit board could also be labeled as an Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) board or as being manufactured by Baldor-Reliance. They are all still the same circuit board with the same part number. This circuit board is used in a power rack system. When in the rack the circuit board can’t be seen so there are identifying marks on the front panel including the part number (0-51845-2) along the bottom and PRSC along the top. The card secures into the rack using two screws. The front of the panel has a LED light titled Phase Sequence and has a warning below is stating: “DO NOT RUN DRIVE WHEN LIGHT IS OUT. REFER TO INSTRUCTIONS”. The details for this can be found in the publication by Reliance Electric such as data sheets and manuals. The 0-51845-2 has four pegs connected to the circuit board and the option to add four more near the back. These pegs allow for other devices or circuit boards to be attached to the main 0-51845-2 card. The four pegs that come attached have two metal plates attached to them with Motorola bipolar transistors in the center. The other pegs typically are used to hold a 0-51391 card by Reliance Electric.
Manufacturer information
Reliance Electric, a pioneering electrical equipment manufacturer, was founded in 1904. Acquired by Rockwell Automation, it specialized in motors, drives, and industrial automation solutions. Known for innovation, Reliance played a key role in advancing industrial technology.
