Description
The 0-58770-420 is a version 4.2 regulator board used in most models of Reliance Electric FlexPak 3000 Digital DC Drives. It is one of the later versions of FlexPak 3000 regulator boards and is backwards compatible to prior versions of FlexPak regulator board.

Information About 0-58770-420
The possible interface points to this board are available for signals in reference, feedback, and metering. It’s able to be controlled locally by the Operator Interface Module (OIM) keypad, or remotely by using the terminals at the regulator board terminal strip. Operators are able to select one of the following active control sources using the Control Source Select key, which features options such as Keypad, TERMBLK (a regulator board terminal strip), Network, and Serial.
The 0-58770-420 Regulator Board is installed with these steps. The 0-58770-420 needs to be powered on before installation. An operator can use the Control and Configuration software, CS3000, to save the 0-58770-420 board’s configuration to a remotely connected personal computer. Perform a quick start procedure, which will allow you to review the system parameters that need to be recorded.
In order to properly remove the 0-58770-420 regulator board, power it the drive it is installed into, then disconnect and tag the drive. Remove the OIM covering, and then disconnect the cable connector from the lower left side of the 0-58770-420. Disconnect the wire leads from the board as well, and then disconnect the ribbon cables.
