Description 

The 10V4151 is a digital GV3000 AC PWM Drive rated for 380-460 VAC and 10HP, initially manufactured by Reliance Electric but possibly available through Baldor Reliance or ABB as well. 

Operating at 3-Phase and 50/60 Hz, it features a 16.8 amp input/14.2 amp output at 8 kHz and is rated at 13.4 KVA with a power loss of 250 watts.
