The 140MT-C3E-B40 Allen-Bradley Motor Protection Circuit Breaker is engineered to safeguard motors with a current range of 2.5-4A and a maximum operating voltage of 480V. It features a screw connection for the main current circuit and dimensions of 79 mm in depth, 96.3 mm in height, and 44.7 mm in width. With an IP2X rating, it offers protection against solid objects larger than 12 mm.

Designed with three poles, it supports a rated operating voltage from 200 to 690 V and has a rated operational power of 0.75 kW at AC-3, 230 V and 1.5 kW at AC-3, 400 V. The circuit breaker includes a thermal protection mechanism and a magnetic switch-off technique for enhanced safety.

It provides a rated permanent current (Iu) of 4 A and a rated short-circuit breaking capacity (lcu) of 100 kA at 400 V AC. The overload protection setting range is adjustable from 2.5 to 4 A, with operation controlled by a turn button (knob).
