Additionally, it has a Dieelectric withstand of 2200VAC for UL/CSA/NEMA and 2500V AC for IEC. The operating frequency for the 150-C60NBR is similar which is 50/60 Hz.

The 150-C60NBR motor controller may be used with line-connected and Delta-connected motors. It has a maximum output current of 60 Amperes with Open type enclosure. Available starting and stopping modes to this controller are Soft Start, Kickstart, Current Limiting, Coast to stop, and Soft-stop. It offers 4 operational control modes: the Soft start, the Current Limit start, the Kickstart, and the Current Limit start. The 150-C60NBR also offers motor overload protection through current transformers pre-installed on each phase, and it protects against excessively high temperatures by managing the temperature of the Silicon Control Rectifier (SCR) using an internally-built thermistor. The controller’s power circuit inline input voltage is 200-480V AC at 50-60Hz, with an input current of 60A. It has a dieelectric withstand rating of 2,200V AC, 1400V of reverse voltage, 6KV of impulse voltage with Category III overvoltage protection, and a 1000V/µs DV/DT protection. The 150-C60NBR has a control circuit with 24V AC/DC of control voltage, and a 250V insulation, 1500V AC of Di-electric withstand, and 2.5KV of impulse at 50-60Hz. the controller has a 30V DC/250V AC auxiliary contact, with 250V AC insulation, and an electromagnetic control circuit with a single 240V AC normally open (N.O.) relay contact. The 150-C60NBR’s internal circuitry is protected with a 225A time delay K5 fuse that has a 10KA fault limit (standard), and a 125A time delay class L/CC/J fuse with 70KA standard fault limit and with a 225A circuit breaker with a standard fault limit of 10KA. The 150-C60NBR’s steady-state heat dissipation is 50W at a 20-60A load and it can operate effectively at a temperature bracket of 23-122 0F around 5-95% non-condensing relative humidity. The 150-C60NBR is designed to function without de-rating at an altitude of 2000m (max) and can withstand an operational shock of 15g with a vibration of 1g. It comes in an open-style enclosure and is rated IP2X for use in Pollution Degree 2 Environments. The 150-C60NBR is CE, c-UL-us, CSA, and CCC-certified, and it measures 2.83in x 8.11in x 5.12in.
