The 1734-OW2 module is an Allen-Bradley relay output module which is available from the Allen-Bradley Point I/O 1734 series of input and output modules. This relay output module is engineered to be slim and compact and it has only 2 output channels. The 1734-OW2 relay output module is a Type A output module that has normally open contacts. It can be mounted securely on a mounting base that has its keyswitch set to position 7. It is important to note that the normally open relay contacts in the 1734-OW2 relay output module are not powered by the systems internal power bus.

The 1734-OW2 POINT I/O 2 Relay Output Module is a member of the digital I/O module series which provides voltage interface and field-side diagnostics. It is a 2-form, open electromechanical relay with an OFF-STATE leakage current of 1.2mA at 240V AC via a unique bleed resistor installed in a snubber circuit. The 1734-OW2 has two relay outputs with a 26ms delay time between OFF-state and ON-state. It has a thermal dissipation of 1.7 BTU/hr at 0.5W, with a capacitance of 30mΩ. It has a POINT BUS current of 100mA at 5V, and the module fits on either the 1734-TB or –TBS base assembly. The 1734-OW2 has 2 N.O relay outputs and a POINT Bus current of 80 milliamps with a maximum power dissipation of 0.5 Watts.

It has dimensions of 56.0mm x 12.0mm x 75.5mm (2.21in x 0.47in x 2.97in), and weighs approximately 32.6g (1.15oz). The 1734-OW2 POINT I/O 2 Relay Output has a CISPR 11, Group 1, Class A emission rating, and an IEC 60068-2-27 tested and certified shock rating at 30G, and a maximum vibration of 5G at 10-500Hz.
