Description
The Allen-Bradley 1756-A13 is ControlLogix chassis. This hardware provides Thirteen (13) module mounting slots, hosting the ControlLogix modules and enables backplane connectivity. The 1756-A13 is a ControlLogix chassis from Allen-Bradley. This chassis provides module housing, providing 13 module slots where ControlLogix controllers and I/O modules may be installed. The backplane distributes the current which is used by each of the module to energize individual circuitry to function properly.
The 1756-A13 supports horizontal mounting only. It requires minimum cabinet size of 60.9 x 76.2 x 20.3 cm (24 x 30 x 8 in.) for installation and weighs 1.90 kg (4.2 lb). It is directly installed to the enclosure subpanel via the provided mounting tabs located on top and bottom of the chassis. Install this chassis at a temperature range of 0…60 °C (32…140 °F) for Series A and B chassis and -25…+60 °C (-13…+140 °F) for Series C chassis. It has operating vibration rating of 2 g @ 10…500 Hz and operating shock rating of 30 g. This chassis may be used with the Logix 5560, 5570 and 5580 product families.
