The Allen-Bradley 1756-PA50 is a ControlLogix Standard Power supply. This power supply is primarily used to provide power to a ControlLogix rack, whether local or distributed I/O rack. It is mounted on the leftmost side of the chassis with input voltage range of 85-265VAC and nominal rating of 120V/240VAC.

The 1756-PA50 is compatible with a variety of ControlLogix chassis such as 1756-A4, 1756-A7, 1756-A10, 1756-A13, and 1756-A17. Compatible chassis versions are Series A, B and C.

The 1756-PA50 has an input power requirement of 81 W/91VA @ 50 °C (122 °F) 68 W/77VA @ 60 °C (140 °F) and delivers maximum output power of 60 W @ 0 - 50 °C (+32…+122 °F) and 50 W @ 0-60 °C (+32…+140 °F) and capable of withstanding an inrush current rating of 20 A.
