Information About 1771-OD16
The Allen Bradley 1771-OD16 is an Isolated AC Output Module that has been equipped with a status indicator feature. The front panel of this module has one green active indicator, one red fuse blown indicator, and 16 red status indicators. These indicator lights become active when the module is activated and successfully initialized. The fuse blown indicator light turns on when the fuse has been cleared or removed and the channel connected to the fuse has been turned on. The fuse blown circuit will not operate if the given channel voltage is above the module's specified minimum at the state voltage, and the output load current is less than or equal to 5 mA. It will be reset after the fuse is replaced and the chassis has been recycled. When replacing a fuse, disconnect the power first.
The Allen Bradley 1771-OD16 should be used with the I/O 1771-A1B or A4B chassis or later. The module comes with 16 outputs and a Voltage rating of 74 to 138 Volts AC. The operating frequency of this module is 47 to 63 Hertz. It has a power dissipation range between 13 and 1 Watts, and its thermal dissipation ranges between 44.4 and 3.4 BTU every hour. Its maximum backplane current is 200 mA.
