Information About 1771-QDC
The Allen-Bradley 1771-QDC Plastic Molding Module is a special process module that controls the injecting, clamping, and ejecting phases of the injection molding machine. The 1771-QDC can be placed in any single I/O slot in the 1771 I/O axis. The smart plastic molding module carries out open or closed controls on the injection molding machine and it is adjustable to most hydraulic configurations. This module compensates automatically for variations of hydraulic characteristics on the printing press without user intervention with the Allen-Bradley Response Compensation feature (ERC) feature. The ERC is an adaptive "learning" capability - the most sophisticated form of closed-loop process. The Allen-Bradley 1771-QDC is designed to accommodate a variety of injection molding processes.
The Allen-Bradley 1771-QDC comes with 4 analog inputs and 4 analog outputs. This module has an update time of 2 ms scan auto-tune PID and velocity. The 1771-QDC has one slot. The backplane current of this module is 1.2 A. The fuse of this module is 3 A, 250 V, and Normal-Blow. The dimension of this module is 4.5 x 12.4 x 6.3 in (115 x 317 x 160 mm). The operating temperature of this module is 32-140 °F. The nonoperating temperature of this module is -40-185 °F. If you keep this module in area that has a temperature above or below those temperatures, it will cause damage to the module. The relative humidity of this module is from 5-95% without condensation.
