Information About 193X543ADG01
The 193X543ADG01 board, a time delay relay card, is part of the 193X family of drive and exciter replacement boards developed by General Electric. Engineered for compatibility with various exciters and drives within the GE brand, this card equips the drive with two identical relay channels, allowing users to configure onboard relays for activation or energization with time delay.
Upon installation, the 193X543ADG01 card furnishes two time delay relay channels, with outputs drawn from supplies rated at either +20 volts, -20 volts, or 115 VAC. Integrated time delay functionality enables users to set time delays across three distinct ranges, spanning from 0.1 seconds to 60 seconds. Relay energization necessitates an external power supply rated at ±20 Volts.
Each relay within the card is sealed and houses a 24 VDC coil alongside 4 form C contacts. Light emitting diodes on the board illuminate to indicate relay energization. During input of 115 VAC to the card, inrush current measures at 0.8 amps, while holding current is rated at 0.18 amps.
