Information About 1AC4102U
The controller is UL listed and is enclosed in a NEMA 1 case. The controller input KVA is 3.3 based on the horsepower. The maximum input amps are 4.2. To start and adjust the drive, first test the equipment and check the installation. To check the installation, check the motor, the transformer (if used), the controller, the enclosure, and finally, the grounding. The controller operates via a power circuit that has an input and output rectifier and a D-C bus filter. The operation controls include the Start/Stop control, the speed control, the run/jog switch, the optional automatic/manual switch, and the optional forward/reverse switch.
The equipment must be stored in a clean, dry location in its original shipping container. The ambient storage temperature must remain between -40° and 65° C and within a relative humidity range of 5 to 95% (non-condensing). Keep the equipment stored away from highly corrosive atmospheres, harsh environments, and construction areas. The Reliance Electric drive consists of a three-phase A-C motor and a controller with local operator controls. The controller has many features, including two LEDs on the Local Operator’s Control Station, which indicate the drive status (either operating (RUN) or a fault condition (IET)). The controller also includes adjustments pots for acceleration and deceleration rate, minimum and maximum hertz, volts per hertz, torque boost and currant limit. The controller has a hybrid-based regulator.
