Product Description P/N: 1SU41015
Description
Reliance Electric manufactures the 1SU41015 as part of the SP500 drive series, with a horsepower rating of 15 HP. The drive is equipped with four potential fatal faults.
The first fault, labeled as the encoder power-up diagnostic error (F3 code), arises from encoder voltage below 10V. To resolve this issue, the drive should be powered off, the encoder wiring disconnected from the terminal strip, and the drive restarted. If the F3 error persists, the regulator board must be replaced.
The second fault, identified as the option port identification error (F60 Code), stems from the regulator's failure to identify the option board. Rectification involves checking the ribbon cable between the regulator board and the option board, as well as verifying the option board's jumper settings.

Information About 1SU41015
The 1SU41015, a member of the SP500 drive series manufactured by Reliance Electric, features a horsepower rating of 15 HP. The drive is susceptible to four potential fatal faults, each requiring specific corrective actions.
The third fault, denoted as the option board power-up diagnostic failure (F61), results from a malfunctioning option board failing one or more power-up diagnostics. To address this, the ribbon cable between the regulator board and the option board should be inspected, and if necessary, the option board replaced.
