Description 

Reliance Electric manufactures the 1SU41015 as part of the SP500 drive series, with a horsepower rating of 15 HP. The drive is equipped with four potential fatal faults. 

The first fault, labeled as the encoder power-up diagnostic error (F3 code), arises from encoder voltage below 10V. To resolve this issue, the drive should be powered off, the encoder wiring disconnected from the terminal strip, and the drive restarted. If the F3 error persists, the regulator board must be replaced.
