The maximum speed is the maximum output frequency value. Current limit is the F-05 parameter on the SP500 drive. This parameter allows for limited motor output torque during run or acceleration. The step size is 1.0% for the range of 10% to 150% of the rated controller current. An overcurrent fault may occur if the current limit is set too low. When output current attempts to exceed the preset current limit, motor speed is maintained or reduced, or deceleration time is extended.
