The Allen-Bradley 20-750-CART1-F8 cart is a PowerFlex 750 series roll-out cart. It is used to move PowerFlex 750 drives from one location to another. The main components of the 20-750-CART1-F8 cart are the cart deck, cart chassis, alignment track for keeping the drive in the proper position, and the handle. Threaded nuts and studs on the card allow for precision leveling and height adjustments. Bubble levels on the card assist with fine adjustments to the cart deck. The 20-750-CART1-F8 cart is required to move the PowerFlex 750 series Frame 8 drive from its cabinet. The card can be adjusted for height and reach. Following all the relevant precautions is recommended when using the cart to move the drive. The cart should only be used to move the drive a short distance, it should only be used on a surface which is smooth and level, and the path should be clear of obstacles and debris.

Additionally, the 20-750-CART1-F8 cart should not be used on rough and sloped surfaces and it should always be moved slowly. The operators should not attempt to move the drive on the 20-750-CART1-F8 cart by using only the handle because the handle is meant only for the positioning of the empty cart. The adjustable maximum and minimum heights of the 20-750-CART1-F8 cart are 155.5 millimeters and 116 millimeters, respectively. The height can be adjusted by using the threaded leveling nuts and studs. The height of the cart on the 20-750-CART1-F8 cart can be adjusted by using the I-beam spacers. The provided spacers include four 38.1-millimeter spacers and two 76.2-millimeter spacers. The height combinations achievable through the use of the spacers include 125.5, 163.6, 201.7 and 239.8 millimeters, respectively.
