Manufactured by Allen-Bradley, the Micro800 plug-in modules, including the 2080-IQ4OB4, extend the functionality of the embedded I/O without increasing the footprint of the controller. The module enhances performance through the addition of extra capabilities or processing power, and it also adds some additional communication functions. The various plug-in modules that the Micro800 programmable controller series supports include the Micro810, Micro820, Micro830, and the Micro 850. The 2080-IQ4OB4 Micro800 accessories comprise a remote LCD which is compatible with the Micro820 only and a USB adapter that works well with the Micro810 only. It also comes with an LCD with a keypad that is compatible with the Micro810 only, and with an expansion power supply.
