The 2094-AC09-M02-S operates when supplied with an input supply voltage range of 195-264 VAC, 3-phase with nominal voltage of 230 VAC along an input frequency range pf 47-63 Hz while the control voltage of this module is designed for an input voltage of 95-264 VAC, 1-Phase with nominal values of 110VAC / 240 VAC. On a common-bus follower, the DC input current is 19 A and DC input voltage is 275 to 375 Volts DC. It has a main AC input current ranging from a nominal 19 Amperes RMS to a maximum inrush of 37 A (0 to pk). It is UL-listed to U.S. and Canadian safety standards and is CE-compliant. It is an essential system component of the Kinetix 6000 Multi-axis Servo Drives.

The 200 Volt-class 2094-AC09-M02-S IAM Servo Drive features built-in, ISO 13849-1 PLe/SIL3-certified safe torque-off functionality that prevents drive restarts whenever the safety circuit is tripped. By disabling the drive output, the motor torque is removed without requiring the entire machine to power off. This results in enhanced machine operating efficiency, minimized downtime, and a cut down on energy and production wastage. The connector sets include a replacement STO header with a jumper. To meet the Category 3 EN954-1 standard, an external safety relay is required. For applications that do not make use of the STO feature, bypass the safe torque-off circuit by installing jumper wires. The 2094-AC09-M02-S Module uses solid-state motor overload protection. A copper power wire should be used with a minimum rating of 75 degrees Celsius (167 degrees Fahrenheit), recommended wire size of 6 to 4 millimeters squared (10 to 12 AWG), and a 10 millimeter (0.38 inch) strip length. For proper operation and safety, earth ground connection is required.
