Information About 20G11ND5P0AA0NNNNN
The Allen-Bradley 20G11ND5P0AA0NNNNN belongs to the PowerFlex 755 product family. This drive is used to implement modulating control of motors as well as simple indexing and torque control. It supports Allen-Bradley’s patented Vector with Force Technology as well as standard control methods such as Sensorless Vector and Volts/Hertz control.
This drive is compatible for use in processes that require Open Loop Speed Regulation, Closed Loop Speed Regulation, Precise Torque Regulation, Precise Torque & Speed Regulation, Accurate Positioning with PCAM, Indexer and Gearing.
This drive is designed to operate with a supply input voltage of 480VAC, 3-Phase. It is capable of delivering an output current of 5A and output power of 3 HP at Normal duty and 2HP when being operated at Heavy Duty applications. It has an open type enclosure and belongs to the Frame 2 class drives, without a Human Interface Module (HIM).
The drive’s embedded I/O channels include Ten (10) bipolar voltage or current analog inputs, Five (5) analog outputs, Thirty-One (31) discrete input channels, Ten (10) FORM C relay output, and Ten (10) transistor type outputs. These I/O channels allow the drive to be operated remotely with the use of external field devices such as pushbutton, analog signal generating and receiving instruments and other similar devices.
Drive parameters may be directly accessed by automation controllers and modified which may also be sent to drive as reference for operation.
The drive has a conformal protective coating for internal drive components.
The control options for this drive include DeviceLogix, which controls input and output and manages status information locally within the drive. The drive is air cooled and has AC input with DC Terminals. The drive comes with an interference filter option but the CM Jumper is removed by default. Another feature that makes this drive well suited for controlling motors is the DB transistor that enables dynamic braking. The 20G11ND5P0AA0NNNNN PowerFlex drive comes with two safety options that are safe torque-off and safe speed monitor. Also, it is equipped with diagnostic and protective features that monitor and report faults. The drive is designed for easy installation and servicing and is compact providing a lot of room for wiring behind the drive. This drive is customized to work with a wide range of motors, including induction motors as well as permanent magnet motors.
