Description 

The Allen-Bradley 20G1AND186AA0NNNNN PowerFlex 755 is a 186 A rated VFD with an IP20 or IP00 enclosure. It does not include a Human Interface Module (HIM), featuring a blank cover instead. Rated at 150 HP, this 480 VAC or 650 VDC drive includes embedded Ethernet and an integrated Brake IGBT for braking applications.

The Allen-Bradley 20G1AND186AA0NNNNN is an Adjustable Frequency AC Drive from the PowerFlex 755 family, designed for modulating speed control by varying the frequency output to a connected 3-Phase AC motor. Commonly used in industrial applications such as pumps, fans, conveyors, and material handling, it operates with a 3-Phase, 480VAC input and has a frequency tolerance of 47-63 Hz.

The drive outputs 0-480 VAC, 3-Phase, with a frequency range of 0-325 Hz at a 2 kHz carrier and 0-590 Hz at a 4 kHz carrier. In normal duty, it delivers 186 A and 150 HP, while in heavy duty, it provides 156 A and 125 HP, with an efficiency of 97.5% at rated amps and nominal volts, and a displacement power factor of 0.98 across the entire speed range.

It employs Sine coded Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) with a programmable carrier frequency, defaulting to 4 kHz but adjustable to 2 kHz, 8 kHz, or 12 kHz. The drive features various stop modes such as Ramp, Coast, DC-Brake, Ramp-to-Hold, Fast Braking, and Current Limit Stop. It also has programmable acceleration and deceleration settings from 0-3600 seconds in 0.1 second increments.

The 20G1AND186AA0NNNNN accepts digital and analog motion instructions and includes an EtherNet/IP communication port for control, configuration, and I/O. The Automatic Device Configuration (ADC) simplifies installation and replacement by automatically downloading parameters and configuration data. The drive's safe speed monitor feature supports safe speed monitoring, allowing maintenance without powering down. DeviceLogix control manages drive output and status information.

With a proactive current limit of 20%-160% of its rated output current, the drive also offers two independently programmable acceleration and deceleration times, ranging from 0 to 3,600 seconds. It includes a factory-installed brake transistor and features an IP20/IP00, NEMA/UL Open enclosure with a size 7 frame.
