The drive supports motion and safety connection modes as well as a safety-only mode. When managing safety-only or both safety and motion, the Safety Network Number is automatically populated. To start and configure, the 2198-H025-ERS2 servo drive is located in the Controller Organizer of the Ethernet category, under the I/O Configuration folder. This module supports both bus-sharing multi-axis settings and standalone units, with an easy installation process and user-friendly operation.
