Information About 22C-D010N103
The Allen-Bradley 22C-D010N103 PowerFlex 400 series drive is engineered for use with fans, pumps, and other similar applications. It can work at a voltage range of 308-480V AC with an output of 480 volts and a current rating of 10 A.
You can attach and operate up to 3 line-started auxiliary motors to the 22C-D010N103 in addition to the main motor that is controlled by it because the 22C-D010N103 drive has a built-in auxiliary motor control system which you can enable or disable at any time. When you enable this function, the internal PID controller generates a reference and feedback signal in the 22C-D010N103 PowerFlex 400 drive. The reference and feedback signal adjusts the motor speed so that the reference signal is followed by the feedback signal. However, because of the additional output of the auxiliary motors in the system, the speed of the main motor may be reduced.
The 22C-D010N103’s motor interlock input feature identifies the motors that are not working and allows them to be skipped over to the next available motor. You can also use the 22C-D010N103’s AutoSwap function which ensures that equal stress is placed on each motor through the periodic swapping of the main and auxiliary motors. During an AutoSwap, the main motor connected to the 22C-D010N103 drive is stopped and the contractor is opened.
The drive supports the smart IP20 open enclosure and it has dimensions of 10.2 x 5.1 x 7.1 inches. The display component consists of an LED and an integral keypad.
