Information About 2404267
The Phoenix Contact 2404267 Controller is part of the Axioline F Series, designed for I/O extension modules used with Nanoline Base Units. Axioline F is recognized for its speed, robustness, and high signal density within control cabinets. The product range includes new output modules and a function module for evaluating strain gauges, emphasizing short response times, robust design, and ease of handling. It supports various bus systems and networks, offering quick and cost-effective communication solutions for system-integrated controllers.
The controller boasts a vibration resistance of 5g in accordance with IEC 60068-2-6 and can withstand shock up to 30g, complying with IEC 60068-2-27 standards. It also meets Class B noise emission per EN 55022 and offers 8 kV air discharge noise immunity according to IEC 61000-4-2. Additionally, it facilitates fast connection of actuators and strain gauges through Push-in Technology.
In terms of safety applications, the controller allows safe disconnection of the supply voltage via DO16/2, making it suitable for safety applications. Its compact design contributes to space-saving in the control cabinet with its high signal density in a compact 35 mm width. Moreover, it enables precise measurement of strain gauges, leading to increased data quality and higher machine output due to fast and synchronous signal acquisition.
The controller features particularly robust mechanics that endure adverse conditions, enhancing system availability. It also reduces installation time with fast wiring and easy handling. The fast local bus speed optimizes performance, and the system supports easy connection of relays via system cabling (FLK). The controller facilitates fast and intuitive wiring, thanks to color coding of contact points, even in the case of multiconductor connections.
