In addition, this frequency drive is also used for lowering energy consumption and protecting the connected motor as it comes with fully programmable parameters such as motor ramp-up, motor ramp down, acceleration deceleration and a variety of stopping modes that suits different situations.
The 25A-D010N104 features a total of Five (5) Sink / Source inputs composed of One (1) dedicated input for Stop command; Four (4) Fully programmable inputs; One (1) programmable Form C contact outputs; One (1) isolated analog input that is compatible with 0-10VDC and 4-20 mA and One (1) non-isolated analog output that provides 0-10V or 4-20 mA output signals. This drive also supports pulse train inputs that is shared with One (1) of the programmable discrete input. These I/O channels are hardwired to external I/O devices to allow remote operation of the drive.
The 25A-D010N104 is capable of Sinusoidal PWM, Volts/Hertz, Sensorless Vector Control, Economizer SVC motor control methods. It has an output frequency of 0-500 Hz which is fully-programmable as well. Appropriate performance ratings of each control methods are ±1% of base speed across a 60:1 speed range for Volts/Hertz; ±0.5% of base speed across a 100:1 speed range for both Sensorless Vector Control, Economizer SVC motor control methods.
