The 25A-D2P3N104 operates when supplied by an external supply voltage of 380-480 VAC with frequency of 47-63 Hz. It delivers an output voltage of 0-460VAC, 50/60 Hz, output current of 2.3 Amperes, output power of 0.75 kW or 1.0 HP and programmable frequency of 0-500 Hz.

This drive has a Frame A drive which means it has the smallest frame or form factor. Being a Frame A drive, it supports direct panel installation using the provided mounting tabs or through a standard DIN rail. Appropriate enclosure rating for use with this drive is IP20 / NEMA UL Type Open enclosure. Additionally, this drive supports Zero stacking installation wherein PowerFlex drives may be installed with no significant spacing between each unit, effectively saving space and reducing panel size. When installing this drive, branch circuit protection is required. Branch circuit protection is typically composed of fuse, motor protector and magnetic contactors. Climate control devices such as fan and heater may be installed within the panel to maintain the required operating temperature.

For local operation, this drive comes with an embedded Human Interface Module (HIM) with LCD display and embedded buttons, also permitting out-of-the-box configuration and providing means of local troubleshooting.

This variable frequency drive provides a power rating of 0.75 kW or 1.0 HP with a standard voltage that ranges between 380-480VAC. It is designed to support a wide range of motor controls, provide a compact footprint, and function smoothly at the high temperature of 70 degrees Celsius (158 degrees Fahrenheit). The 25A-D2P3N104 provides a wide range of motor control method that includes volts per hertz, sensorless vector control, and sensorless vector control with economizer mode. Additionally, the 25A-D2P3N104 drive supports edge-to-edge mounting with a required 50 millimeters of air flow allowance at the bottom and top of the module.
