It has an integral RS485 and Dual Ethernet communication interface. It may also be installed with Dual-port EtherNet/IP option card to enable the drive’s support for Device Level Ring (DLR) topology for fault-tolerant, high-availibility network requirements. This drive also supports online EDS file creation wherein drive setup may be done using the RSNetWorx utility. Other communication protocols that the drive support include DeviceNet and Profibus industrial protocols.
