This drive primarily features an supply input voltage range of 200-240VAC, 3-phase. Its output characteristics include voltage of 0-230VAC, 3-Phase, with rated Current of 11.0 A and Power of 2.2 kW (3 HP) for both normal and heavy-duty operation. It has a programmable frequency of 0-500 Hz and implements control using a variety of control methods such as Volts / Hertz, Sensorless Vector Control (SVC), Closed loop velocity vector control and Permanent Magnet motor control method. Making it capable not only with speed control but Torque control as well.
It also has embedded modern connectivity ports. It has the default RS485 communication that supports RS485 electrical standard, allowing the drive to connect to a daisy-chain network of up to 31 Drives. The embedded dual Ethernet interface enables this drive to connect to modern Ethernet networks allowing it to be connected from the factory floor all the way to the supervisory and Enterprise level with ease. It may also be installed with Dual-port EtherNet/IP option card to enable the drive’s support for Device Level Ring (DLR) topology for fault-tolerant, high-availibility network requirements. This drive also supports online EDS file creation wherein drive setup may be done using the RSNetWorx utility. Other communication protocols that the drive support include DeviceNet and Profibus industrial protocols.
