The module also comes with economizer motor control that allows the 25B-B017N104 to be one of the most power efficient drives available. The 25B-B017N104 features application-specific parameter groups that make its programming intuitive. The 25B-B017N104 may be operated at a temperature range of -20 degrees Celsius to +50 degrees Celsius.

The 25B-B017N104 also features the hardwired safety features that help to simplify the drive’s safety features. The 25B-B017N104 comes with a single-port EtherNet/IP feature making it an ideal drive for simple system integration. It comes with the integral EMC filter and it comes with a braking transistor. The 25B-B017N104 may be installed with an option adapter for the dual port EtherNet/IP adapter and Human Interface Module with support for multiple languages. These drives also feature automatic device configuration with energy saving features that support application-specific parameters with simple positioning control with an optional encoder card.

Mounting orientation supported by the drive is vertical installation, which is the ideal installation. It also supports Horizontal mounting; however, a control fan module must be installed. Applicable control fan module kits are 25-FAN1-70C or 25-FAN2-70C.

The 25B-B017N104 comes with an embedded Ethernet communication port that may be used for connection to linear, Ethernet I/P networks. For connection to fault-tolerant redundant Ethernet network, the 25B-B017N104 may be installed with a dual ethernet communication adapter. Other adapters supported by this drive include a DeviceNet and Profibus communication adapters, Installation of these adapters does not modify the drive’s dimension and installation method.
