The Allen-Bradley 25B-D6P0N114 is a PowerFlex 525 adjustable Frequency AC drive. This AC drive delivers an output power of 2.2 kW or 3.0 HP for both normal and heavy-duty operation and motor output current of 6.0 Amperes. This drive implements modulating speed using a variety of control methods such as Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), Volts/Hertz (V/Hz), Sensorless Vector Control (SVC), Economizer SVC motor control, Closed Loop Velocity Vector Control, Surface Mount and Interior Permanent Magnet Motor (without encoder), Interior Permanent Magnet Motor (with encoder). This drive has an output frequency range of 0-500 Hz.

The 22B-D6P0N114 comes with an integrated Human Interface Module (HIM) that comes with a variety of embedded buttons such as Start, Stop, Forward, Reverse and Jog or inching operation. It also has a circular dial connected to a built-in potentiometer which is used to modify the output frequency which directly affect the motor speed. This HIM is also provided with LDC readout to monitor the status of operation of the drive. Additionally, this HIM is equipped with navigation and confirmation keys used for drive configuration.

The 22B-D6P0N114 supports local and remote operation as well as traditional and modern VFD integration. Local and remote operation may be achieved via the HIM and the embedded I/O channels. Traditional integration may be implemented by terminating external signal and output devices to these I/O channels. Modern integration is implemented using the embedded Ethernet I/P interface using the Premiere Integration option. This integration method uses Studio 5000 Logix designer wherein the VFD is communicated with a CompactLogix or ControlLogix controller.

It has a 2.2-Kilowatt power rating and can be mounted using a DIN Rail mounting. It comes enclosed inside a Frame A NEMA Open type enclosure. It also has an IP rating, although it is not waterproof. This module has an EMC filter as well. The 25B-D6P0N114 is 6.77 inches long, 2.83 inches wide, and 5.98 inches in height. The front face of the drive has an integrated Potentiometer and a built-in LED. The 25B-D6P0N114 comes with an Ethernet port and a USB port for communication, and there is a power button present in the front face for powering on and off the device. There are also a number of navigational buttons along with a jog dial to set different configurations. The 25B-D6P0N114 is manufactured to withstand high temperatures up to 70 degrees Celsius. It is the perfect solution for industry standards and comes with a Safe Torque feature. It has also passed various safety, health, and environmental certifications.
