The Allen-Bradley 25C-D1P4N114 drive is a PowerFlex 527 series AC drive. It is designed only to control PACs or Programmable Automation Controllers from the Allen-Bradley Logix series that have Size A frames. The maximum output rating of the 25C-D1P4N114 AC drive is only 0.5 Horsepower or 0.4 kilowatts. Its input voltage rating is 323 to 528 Volts AC. The 25C-D1P4N114 AC drive has an EMC filter and it can be mounted on a panel or a DIN rail.

The Allen-Bradley 25C-D1P4N114 is a PowerFlex 527 drive exclusively used with Allen-Bradley Logix Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC) with an A-frame size. This drive also has removable terminal blocks (RTB) that aid in installation. Its built-in USB port allows MainsFree programming, which lets you configure the drive by connecting the control module directly to a computer. Installed on this drive are an integral keypad and a 5-digit, 16-segment multi-language LCD using the human interface module (HIM) with the descriptive QuickView scrolling text feature. The I/O wirings present on this drive are 4 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs (1 current and 1 voltage), 2 relay outputs (form A and form B), 2 opto outputs, and 1 analog output.

It comes with a dual port Ethernet/IP connection, hardwired Safety Torque-off, and the Integrated Safety feature, which is a safety feature worked via the Ethernet/IP network. It also has an open-type enclosure with an IP20 NEMA rating and it can be connected to other drives horizontally or vertically. Mounting is done via a panel or DIN rail and an EMC filter is present. The 25C-D1P4N114 drive is ideal for use with machine applications that require speed control for induction motors, like fans, in-feed and outfeed conveyors, and pumps.

The voltage class of this 3-phase drive is 480V AC and its output current is 1.4 A. It also has an input voltage range of 323-528V AC and a total watts loss of 27 W. The output ratings of this drive at both normal duty and heavy duty operation are 0.5 HP and 0.4 kW.
