Via premiere integration method, parameters of the 25C-D6P0N104 can be directly modified using the embedded instructions within the Studio 5000 Logix Designer. This integration enables the drive to receive a configuration that changes dynamically depending on the state of the PAC’s user program. This maximizes the operational flexibility of the equipment as parameterization does not need to be executed physically and repeatedly.

The 25C-D6P0N104 has integrated safety features via the Safe Torque-Off (STO) capability. This feature is SIL 3 / PLe Cat 3 rated. It also has an embedded Dual Ethernet I/P interface for communication and integration, supporting linear, Star and Ring topologies. As standard to all PowerFlex 527 drives, this drive supports zero stacking installation. Additionally, being a Frame A drive, it supports DIN rail mounting aside from direct panel mounting. A dynamic braking resistor is also installed to this drive providing the braking component. It also has a Removable Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) that enables this to be installed in ungrounded distribution systems.

The 25C-D6P0N104’s output rating is 2.2kW (3HP) and 6A at 380-460V AC operating voltage and it offers BUS over voltage and under voltage trips at 810V DC and 390V DC.
