The Allen-Bradley 2711P-B15C22D9P is a PanelView Plus 7 Performance operator terminal. This Human Machine Interface (HMI) device is powered by an external supply voltage of 18-32VDC. The 2711P-B7C22D9P mainly features a 6.5-inch colored display screen with resolution of 640 x 480 VGA, 18-bit color graphics and effective viewing area of 132 x 99 mm (5.2 x 3.9 in.). Process control is introduced via the embedded analog resistive touchscreen and keypad input interfaces. It is powered by a supply voltage range of 18-32 VDC with maximum power consumption of 50 Watts.

The 2711P-B7C22D9P is installed with a battery backed real-time clock with accuracy of ±2 minutes per month with minimum battery life of 4 years at 25 °C (77 °F). This battery may be replaced with an equivalent CR2032 lithium coin cell.

It has a built-in system memory of 1GB Random Access Memory (RAM) and 512 MB for file storage. It has a non-volatile user memory amounting to 80 MB where other HMI files may be stored. Internal memory may be expanded with the use of Allen-Bradley 1784-SDx and 1784-SDHCx cards or external flash drives installed to any of the Three (3) USB ports.

The 2711P-B7C22D9P offers a 132mm x 99mm (5.2in x 3.9in) touchscreen area, with a 640 x 480 VGA resolution in 18-bit color graphics and with an aspect ratio of 4:3. Its display brightness is 300cd/m2 (Nits), and an LED solid-state non-replaceable backlight with about 50,000hrs of half-life. The 2711P-B7C22D9P also has an internal battery-backed clock with +/-2 minutes per month of clock accuracy and it runs on a replaceable battery with a lifespan of at least 4 years. It allows for long-term storage of applications in its 512MB of user memory and also with its 512MB of RAM. For external storage, it supports an SD card slot. The device comes with 2 USB high-speed 2.0 host ports (Type A), which support removable flash drives for external storage, and it comes with 1 high-speed 2.0 device port (Type B), and it connects to the Ethernet Network through its double 10/100 base-configured Ethernet ports, which support Device Level Ring (DLR), linear, or star network topologies. The 2711P-B7C22D9P requires an input voltage ranging between 18 and 30V DC, with a 50W maximum power consumption at 2.1A and 24V DC from either a SELV or a PELV 24V DC power source.
