Recommended DIN rail type is zinc-plated, chromate steel Din rail or the EN50022 DIN rail. This controller has physical dimensions of 143.97 x 98.10 x 136.81 mm (5.67 x 3.86 x 5.39 in.) and weighs approximately 0.768 kg (1.693 lb). To terminate incoming power, this controller is used with the MOD and SA terminal blocks. Up to 32 Task may be configured with 1000 programs each task using all available triggers. This controller has an I/O capacity of 128,000 packets/second and message rate capacity of 2000 messages/second. The controller’s ethernet ports may be configured to operate in single IP mode or dual IP mode.
It has an 18-32V DC pass-through voltage range, with a 9.55A module maximum current, and it will dissipate 8.5W (29 BTU/hr) of heat when operational. The controller provides 1500V AC voltage isolation for 60s using Basic, Double, and Functional insulation, and it provides 300V DC voltage isolation between the Ethernet and Backplane and the SA and MOD Power, using the Basic Insulation Type.
