The Allen-Bradley 5094-OB32 module is a digital 32-point sourcing output module. This digital output device runs with a voltage rating between 18 and 32 Volts DC. This industrial automation module is compatible with the Allen-Bradley FLEX 5000 series. The front of the module has LED indicators that show whether the module is properly powered or not. The module has 1 green and red module status indicator, 1 green and red SA power indicator, and 32 yellow and red I/O indicators. Power is supplied through the backplane into the digital module. The on-state current per channel is 1 milliamp and the maximum on-state voltage drop is 0.25 Volts DC. The 32 output points of the module are all in 1 group and they consume up to 95 milliamps of backplane power. The 5094-OB32 output module dissipates 13.65 BTU per hour as heat.

The 5094-OB32 module is equipped with an actuator power sensor for both current (10 Amps per module) and voltage (18 to 32 Volts DC) operation. The output module can be mounted using a DIN rail or it can be attached to a panel. The 5094-OB32 module has a small form factor and it saves panel space. It has an open style enclosure. The ambient operating temperature should be between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius for normal condition. This digital output module comes with different safety and protection measures. It can easily detect field power loss, open loads, output short circuits, overloading, excessive temperature, over voltage events, and other events.
