The Allen-Bradley 5094-RTB3T FLEX 5000 CJC Removable Terminal Block is a removable terminal block (RTB) for the Flex 5000 terminal base assembly. The Flex 5000 terminal base assemblies are an integral part of the FLEX 5000 I/O family because they provide a terminal base for I/O module to be installed on and they also provide effortless field-side wiring for the I/O modules. The 5094-RTB3T Removable Terminal Block comes with an embedded CJC thermistor which provides cold junction compensation in thermocouple circuits. The 5094-RTB3T Removable Terminal Block has a rear-side shield bar for wiring shields for the Flex 5000 Analog I/O and High-speed Counter (HSC) module terminal base assembly. It has front-side key control switches for setting the module in place, and an I/O edge connector for holding the module in place.
The 5094-RTB3T Removable Terminal Block has an input current rating of 100 milliamps per channel, with a sensor actuator output rating of 1.8 Amps and a maximum pass-through current draw of 10 Amps. This block also has an acceptable input voltage range of 10 to 32 Volts DC and a nominal rating of 18 Volts DC. On the front-side of the 5094-RTB3T Removable Terminal Block, there are screw-type copper I/O terminal strips for connecting the I/O Sensor Source Voltage (SSV) wiring, module commons, backplane power, user-supplied power, and the embedded CJC thermistor.
