Information About 75V2060
The 75V2060 features a set of specifications unique to this exact model, including:
75 HP
97.6 KVA
an input voltage rating of 200-230 VAC
245 max continuous amps with peak amps of 269.3/367.5
60 Hz
a 3 phase system
an output voltage rating of 180-230 VAC
245 max continuous amps
and lastly, a short circuit system rating of 85 kiloamps @ 230 VAC
The 75V2060 is in a tall open chassis-style enclosure. The drive weighs roughly 45 lbs. There is a large red LED power indicator in the top left corner of the chassis. There is a warning label that surrounds the LED and reads “When you apply power again, verify that the lamp PWR is turned off.” There is a LED display and keypad user interface on the drive. The LED display is made up of a 4 character 7-segment LED and 14 status LEDs that are placed under it. The keypad has a total of 9 tactile keys that are used to select the drive’s status and to program the drive. Slightly to the side of the user interface is an RS-232 9-pin female connection port. It is located on the regulator card that is attached to the keypad.
Users of the 75V2060 closed loop vector drive, like users of any refurbished or vintage automated drive, can come to expect a collection of faults that can significantly hinder the function of their GV3000 series drive. One fault partiularily significant to owners of this 75HP model can be classified as the overspeed fault. Common in vector drives such as the 75V2060 here, the overspeed fault occurs when the drive's RPM levels out above 130% Maximum Speed, while the drive's speed regulator response is not optimal. This specific fault is allegorized by the fault code OSP that would display on the 75V2060 drive's built-in display interface in case of overspeed. To attempt corrective action on the overspeed fault, the drive operator must ensure correct drive parameters for encoder PPR, motor poles, base frequency, motor nameplate RPM, speed, and reg. proportional integral gain.
