The 800T-U24 is an illumination unit used with 800T illuminated push buttons or pilot lights. It houses the lamp and provides the electrical connection and mounting interface for 24V applications. It is typically installed as part of:

• Illuminated momentary or maintained push buttons
• Illuminated selector switches
• Indicator lights

• The “U24” designates a 24V AC/DC lamp unit
• It may house either an incandescent bulb or a 24V LED lamp
• Always check the lamp type to ensure it matches the required voltage

• Standard T-3 1/4 miniature bayonet base bulbs
  For example: Type 755 or 1866 (24V)
• Compatible with LED replacements that match the base type and voltage rating
• Recommended to use Allen-Bradley approved bulbs for proper fit and brightness

• Typically has two screw terminals for 24V input (AC or DC)
• Connect the positive and negative/neutral leads directly to these terminals
• Ensure polarity is correct if using a DC LED lamp

Use 18–22 AWG wire and torque terminals to manufacturer specs (~0.8 Nm).

2. Secure it using the provided bayonet or locking tabs
3. Insert the lamp into the unit’s socket
4. Wire the terminals according to your control circuit layout
