Description 

The Woodward 9907-005 Master Synchronizer and Load Control (MSLC) unit is equipped with multifunctional capabilities, serving as a synchronizer, utility load sensor, power factor module, import/export load level unit, and master process controller. Operators can choose between phase-matching or automatic synchronizing for local plant bus connection to the main power grid. The unit integrates Echelon LonWorks network technology components to regulate real and reactive loading against the utility bus by DSLC-equipped generator systems. 

Featuring various operating modes, the Import and Export Control efficiently manages real load and reactive power distribution across the utility tie. Installation considerations include operating temperature ranges from -40 to 70 degrees Celsius (-40 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit) and storage conditions of -55 to 105 degrees Celsius (-67 to 222 degrees Fahrenheit).
