The AFP-200 provides intelligent control over up to 198 addressable devices (99 detectors and 99 modules) using Style 4, 6, or 7 wiring. It includes four built-in NACs with a total output of 5.0 A regulated 24 VDC power, expandable up to 8.0 A with the APS-6R power supply. Two circuits can be configured for 3.0 A output when expanded. The panel also delivers 500 mA for four-wire smoke detectors and 500 mA of non-resettable auxiliary power. It supports battery charging for 7 AH to 18 AH batteries and dual-rate charging for up to 90 hours of standby.
Designed for flexible use, the AFP-200 includes pre-alarm features (AWACS™), drift compensation, day/night sensitivity modes, auto detector testing, and programmable maintenance alerts. Releasing capabilities include four independent hazards, abort functions, cross-zone logic, and discharge timers. The system is field-programmable and supports an LCD-80 remote display, EIA-485 ACS annunciators, printer interfaces, and remote modem access. It stores up to 650 events in non-volatile memory with shadow history and allows per-point configuration of verification, PAS presignal, and walk test features.
