The Ansul 442R is an agent release control system designed to monitor fire detection devices, manage alarm functions, and automatically or manually activate compatible fire suppression systems. Built for special hazard fire protection applications, the control unit coordinates detection, notification, release sequencing, and supervisory functions within a single microprocessor-based platform. Although discontinued by the manufacturer, the 442R remains in service in many existing fire suppression installations.
