Utilizing cable temperature rise reduction technology, the Altivar 212 ensures immediate and disturbance-free operation, eliminating the need for additional options such as a line choke or DC choke to address current harmonics.

With dimensions of 142mm (width) x 184mm (height) x 150mm (depth) and weighing 3.35kg, it is specifically tailored for fluid management applications in tertiary sector buildings (HVAC), including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and pumping.

Conforming to international standards such as IEC/EN 61800-5-1 and IEC/EN 61800-3 for immunity and conducted and radiated EMC emissions, it holds certifications including CE, UL, CSA, C-Tick, and NOM.

The Altivar 212 offers optional motor chokes, which extend maximum cable lengths between the drive and motor, while limiting disturbances at the motor terminals. It is designed for vertical mounting on panels using four fixing holes.

Equipped with numerous functions and communication protocols as standard, including Modbus, METASYS N2, APOGEE FLN P1, and BACnet, it seamlessly integrates with building management systems.
