Information About DC3N-12D-4X-010-AN
“4X” means that the drive is contained in a NEMA 12/4/4x enclosure. Standard features of the drive include LED indicators, an isolated input, cage-clamp terminal blocks, on-board fusing (AC line input), a loose potentiometer kit, and an inhibit circuit kit. Enclosed drives are designed for wall or machine mounting. They include provisions for direct conduit connections to the drive enclosure. Every enclosed drive comes with line input fusing and is standard with mounted operator devices. The drive is designed to run nearly out of the box.
The maximum armature current is 10.0 DC amps. The maximum allowable symmetrical AC line current is 5000 amps. The maximum AC line distribution is 25 KVA for the 115 VAC input and 50 KVA for the 230 VAC input. The motor armature voltage is 0-90 VDC for the 115 VAC input and 0-180 VDC for the 230 VAC input. The form factor for the drive is 1.37 at base speed, and the service factor is 1. The maximum current load is 150% for 1 minute. The speed range is 60:1. The acceleration and deceleration time ranges are both 0.5-17 seconds. The current limit overload range is 150%. The torque is 150% of the rated current. The output impedance (S1 to S2) os 100 k ohms. The IR drop compensation is 0 to 15% of the rated armature voltage. Equipment damage, bodily injury, and/or loss of life may occur if danger warnings are not followed.
