DS200SHVIG1B | Ge Fanuc SCR High Voltage Interface Board

General Electric’s DS200SHVIG1B is an SCR high voltage interface board designed as part of the Mark V series. This board is compatible with various GE brand drives, facilitating easy installation into existing systems. Once integrated, the DS200SHVIG1B serves as an intermediary component between incoming voltage signals and the power supplies of the drive. It effectively processes signals from the power connect card (PCCA), power supply, and instrumentation card. 

The DS200SHVIG1B operates by accepting voltage signals within the range of -500 to 500 mV. These signals undergo conversion into differential frequencies spanning 0 to 500 kHz. Subsequently, the drive’s power supply receives these transformed frequencies to initiate appropriate responses. The board’s design includes seventeen configurable jumpers, enhancing its versatility by providing additional attenuation capabilities. These jumpers are safeguarded by 10:1 current transformers. Users are alerted to blown filter fuses through three onboard LED indicator lights, ensuring prompt maintenance.
