Product Description P/N: DS200TBQAG1ABB
Description
The GE RST Terminal Board DS200TBQAG1ABB is equipped with two 90-pin terminal blocks, labeled TB1 and TB2, facilitating a maximum of 180 signal wires. Additionally, it incorporates three 20-pin connectors to accommodate various signal connections.
Upon initial installation, the accompanying documentation outlines the signal connections achievable through the terminals. To establish a connection, strip approximately 0.5 inches of insulation from the signal wire's end, then insert it into the terminal and tighten the screw to secure the wire. Verification of proper installation involves gently pulling the wire to ensure it is firmly seated.
During replacement, signal wires are removed from the old board and reinstated into the same terminals on the replacement board. Due diligence is essential to ensure correct reattachment, particularly when dealing with multiple signal wires. Prior to commencement, consultation with qualified personnel to safely remove power from the drive is recommended, such as installers familiar with drive installation or electricians versed in power removal procedures.
