Information About DS3800HACB
The GE Turbine Control Board DS3800HACB is designed with numerous pins connected by fine wires wrapped around them. It features 11 jumpers for board configuration and includes a 20-pin connector.
Engineered for ease of installation and removal, the DS3800HACB slides into a board rack within the drive. Modular connectors at the bottom of the board align automatically with those in the drive for a secure connection, while retention levers on the top of the board lock it in place.
The 20-pin connector is positioned along the top edge of the board and can be connected to a 20-pin ribbon cable after installation. To remove the board, first disconnect and move the ribbon cable out of the way, taking care not to pull on it, as this could damage the connector or disconnect the wires.
The 11 jumpers on the board are used for specific configurations and each has an ID, such as RST1, RST2, FRZ1, and WRD3. When replacing the board, ensure that the jumper settings on the new board match those of the old one.
