Information About DS3800HXRB
DS3800HXRB is a C bus receiver circuit board. It was created for the Speedtronic Mark IV series. Mark IV and the previous Mark systems like Mark I and Mark II were made for the purposes of gas and steam turbine control.
Much of the DS3800HXRB is occupied by a number of 30 integrated circuits. All around the board are many capacitors which vary in color and size. In one corner of the DS3800HXRB is a red switch. Next to the switch are 3 light-emitting diodes, which are commonly known as LEDs. The LEDs have red lights. On one edge of the DS3800HXRB are 3 "male" connector ports. Using these connector ports, more components or other circuit boards can be connected to the DS3800HXRB. One half of the board contains a yellow resistor network. A resistor network is a component which has a row of resistors lined up inside of it. The resistance network contains the same amount of resistance as the individual resistors combined together. There are several other resistors on the board in addition to the resistor networks. The other resistors feature colored bands which represent their capacity for resistance. Several jumpers pins are on the board which can be connected together with the blue jumpers to change the settings of the DS3800HXRB.
