The DS3800NLCA has two large silver diodes, two small silver diodes, thirteen small deep red diodes, four pale blue diodes, twelve large deep red diodes, six large black diodes. Diodes allow energy to only follow in a single direction. The DS3800NLCA also has a single amber LED. An LED will light up as the energy current passes through it. The DS3800NLCA has three small black transistors that are used to enhance or change electrical power or electronic signals. The DS3800NLCA has four long black capacitors and six orange capacitors. The capacitors are used to store energy in an electric field. The DS3800NLCA has two male ports and a female port to connect with other circuit boards. To secure the DS3800NLCA there are a few places to put screws and two plastic clips to snap the DS3800NLCA into place. The DS3800NLCA has a mixture of twenty-eight integrated circuits. The integrated circuits are split into two categories the EPROM and the EEPROM. The EEPROM is pre-programmed integrated circuits that cannot be changed. The EPROM is pre-programmed integrated circuits as well but is capable of being updated as needed. Both of these integrated circuits hold the data to allow the DS3800NLCA to function properly. The DS3800NLCA has over sixty resistors that restrict energy flow around the board.
