Description 

The DS3800NPOC, manufactured by General Electric (GE), serves as a generator regulator card within the Speedtronic Mark IV turbine control system. This circuit board features twenty integrated circuits, with seventeen positioned on the left side and three on the right side. 

Notably, the DS3800NPOC incorporates a red and silver switch near its bottom right, allowing users to interrupt or divert current flow between conductors. Additionally, a large black signal conditioner (model CS2603) situated close to the center of the board facilitates the conversion of electric signals. Adjacent to the signal conditioner lies a square-shaped black converter (model M5000), both key components of the board's functionality.
