Description
The EP1008-0001 EtherCAT Box features 8-channel digital inputs designed to acquire binary control signals from the process level. Signals are transmitted to the controller in an electrically isolated manner, with signal states indicated by LEDs. Connections utilize M8 screw type connectors for robust connectivity.
Sensor power is supplied from the box supply voltage US, while the load voltage UP remains optional for forwarding to subsequent modules. Internal short-circuit proof driver modules provide up to 0.5 A total for all connected sensors.
