The Lutron HJS-1-FM Standard Vive Hub - Flush Mount facilitates communication with controls on a floor utilizing Lutron wireless Clear Connect technology, offering a range radius of 71 ft (22 m). It adopts a distributed system architecture wherein Pico remote controls and sensors directly communicate with the load devices they control and must be located within 30 ft (9 m) of the associated device. The hub supports timeclock events based on both sunrise and sunset or fixed time-of-day and features two contact closure inputs for enabling load shed from other devices to comply with Title 24 regulations and utility integration.
