This 2-pole circuit breaker features plug-in mounting and operates at a current rating of 20A with a voltage rating of 120/240 VAC. It offers a substantial 10 kA breaking capacity, suitable for safeguarding electrical circuits against overcurrents and short circuits.
The HOM220CAFI incorporates Homeline combination arc fault circuit interrupter (CAFI) technology, providing enhanced protection by detecting and mitigating arc faults in accordance with NEC and UL1699 standards. In addition to arc fault protection, it offers overload and short circuit protection for comprehensive safety.
Equipped with a pigtail neutral, the breaker utilizes a clamp terminal for electrical connections, capable of accepting two wires ranging from 14 AWG to 8 AWG in copper or aluminum. This design facilitates ease of installation and ensures secure electrical connections.
