Specifically, the HOML2225 kit serves as a replacement for the standard main lug within a panelboard. It facilitates sub-feeding loads into other panels or devices and is exclusively compatible with Homeline™ load center main lug interiors. This kit features a two-pole plug-on sub-feed lug rated at 225A, requiring allocation of two spaces within the load center.
The HOML2225 accommodates a wide range of wire sizes, accepting copper or aluminum wires ranging from 1 AWG to 300 kcmil. This flexibility in wire compatibility enhances its utility across various installation scenarios, ensuring robust connectivity and operational reliability.
